Thank you for taking the time to visit the St Thomas Reformed Church website. Our aim is to be a growing, relevant, active, caring, compelling, and empowering place for all those who come through our doors, serving so that all would grow in the knowledge, grace and hope that is found in Jesus Christ. If you attend one of our services you will notice that we are a historic church with a heart for the contemporary world. Everyone is welcome, and we pray that you will find a place here with us. There is no requirement of how a person should dress for worship or what your faith background happens to be. The St. Thomas Reformed Church is committed to welcoming all people into the life of our church community. We commit to affirm the beauty, value, and gifts of all people. These commitments are not subject to a person's color, race, ethnicity, place of origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship status (single, married, separated, divorced), socioeconomic situation, or a person's mental, physical, or emotional health or ability. All people are welcome to participate fully in the life of our faith community. Membership is conditioned only upon a person's faith in Jesus Christ. We look forward to having you join us for worship.
“Diversity” is the word people most often use to describe the St Thomas Reformed Church. For over 350 years, people from many different walks of life, at many different points along the journey of faith, have made this church their spiritual home. Some worship with us as they pass through on vacation, some are seasonal members, and many call the beautiful island of St. Thomas home and remain actively involved in the life of the church all year long. I invite you to explore our website to get a glimpse of who we are; better yet, plan to visit us and worship in this historical, open air sanctuary with this diverse, welcoming church family and join us along our journey of faith in Jesus Christ!
